Travel Updates: Jan 29, 2010 : Limited Carry-On Permitted for Passengers Travelling to the United States:

Transport Canada has announced new regulations regarding carry-on luggage for passengers travelling to the United States. Effective January 20, passengers on these flights are now permitted to take one piece of carry-on luggage on board the aircraft. The carry-on bag must not exceed 23 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm.

Reduced Rate Parking Lot

The GTAA offers discounted parking at the Reduced Rate Parking Lot, located directly across from Terminal 3 at 6135 Airport Road. The parking lot is positioned along the LINK Train route for convenient and quick access to the terminals. The train is free, runs 24 hours a day and seven days a week, and is wheelchair accessible. No reservations are required to park in the Reduced Rate Parking Lot.

Directions to the Reduced Rate Parking Lot

From Highway 401 eastbound:
Take Hwy 427 north to Dixon Road.
Turn left on Dixon Road.
Turn right at the fifth set of lights.
Arrive at 6135 Airport Road.

From Highway 401 westbound:
Take Hwy 409 west to Airport Road.
Merge right onto Airport Road.
Turn right at the first set of lights.
Arrive at 6135 Airport Road.

From Highway 427 southbound:
Take Airport Road / Viscount Rd exit.
Merge right onto Airport Road.
Turn right at the first set of lights.
Arrive at 6135 Airport Road.

From Highway 427 northbound:
Take Hwy 427 north to Dixon Road.
Turn left on Dixon Road.
Turn right at the fifth set of lights.
Arrive at 6135 Airport Road.

Take Hwy 409 west to Airport Road.
Merge right onto Airport Road.

From Airport Road southbound:
Turn left at the first set of lights after passing American Drive.

From Highway 407 westbound:
Take Hwy 427 south to Hwy 409.
