Note: The 5K race will be chip timed, and times are based on bib number. Please do not switch bibs numbers with another runner. Where: Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) Administration Building, 3111 Convair Drive, Mississauga [map] When: Wednesday, June 16, Thursday, June 17, Friday, June 18 What Time: 10:30 a.m.–8 p.m. You may have someone else pick up your race kit IF they have a printout of your registration. If you are part of a team, you may pick up race kits for your entire team if you have the team’s confirmation number. Race Start Times 5K Run: 9:00 a.m. 2K Walk: 9:00 a.m. Teams You can sign up in teams of up to 10 people. We challenge you to register a team of colleagues, friends and family members, and have some fun! Please ensure all team member information is confirmed prior to team registration. Once team has been registered, team information cannot be changed. Runner Services Water. Full medical services along the route. Toilets available onsite. Free parking. [map] Public transit routes: TTC Bus 112C West Mall (bus stop: Renforth at Convair) Mississauga Transit Bus 7 Airport (bus stop: Renforth at Convair) Timing for the 5K Run Participants of the 5K Run will use chip timing. Course Restrictions For safety reasons, course access is limited to registered runners and walkers. Spectators are not permitted. Only necessary personal belongings will be permitted on the course, as litter is extremely hazardous to aircraft operations. Please note that there are no lockers or secure facilities to store personal belongings and the GTAA assumes no responsibility for any items that may go missing or are lost during the event.
