Obtaining Operating Authority

To begin operating at Toronto Pearson please send a letter of intent on corporate letterhead addressed as follows:

Senior Manager, Facility Allocation

All operators must have a Canadian Transportation Agency Licence and Transport Canada Foreign Air Operator's Certificate.

Toronto Pearson is an International Air Transport Association (IATA), level 3, fully coordinated airport. Approved applicants wishing to offer a scheduled or repetitive service to Toronto Pearson will be required to submit a slot clearance request to the Slot Coordinator SITA at YYZTMCR and YYZSCAC.
